London Throwdown



The London Throwdown was a two day CrossFit competition hosted west of London. Over two days, athletes from all over the world had six WODs to complete, including: 1km Row, Double Unders, Kettlebell Swings, Shuttle Sprints, Muscle Ups, and more.
